Surprise your partner with this easy but sophisticated White Zinfandel cocktail twisted with vodka. Perfect to serve up at your next get together or for a dinner date!
Ingredients:
- Serves 1
- 100ml Gallo Family Vineyards White Zinfandel
- 25ml Vodka
- Handful of Blackberries
- Fresh lime
Method:
- Put a small handful of fresh blackberries in a jar tankard and crush with a fork for about a minute
- Add a small handful of ice
- Fill with 2/3 Gallo White Zinfandel
- Add a shot of vodka
- Stir well and top up with ice
- Squeeze over some fresh lime juice
- Garnish with fresh blackberries and a slice of lime
